We specialize in intellectual property litigation, with a specific focus on patent, trademark, copyright, and unfair competition litigation. We represent plaintiffs and defendants for intellectual property matters in the U.S. Federal Courts, including the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. We are members of the Florida Bar and represent clients in the Florida State Courts for state law actions. In addition, we have relationships with law firms throughout the nation to serve as local counsel for Florida state actions and to develop litigation strategies for our clients’ cases in jurisdictions outside of Florida.
